Brothers, Barry and Steven, brought their vast experience from working in their father's New York meat and deli market to Hilton Head in the mid 80's to create the first Gruby's New York Deli.
Now, 25 years later, Gruby's has expanded to three locations: The Original in Hilton Head, Atlanta, and Sun City.
